Yutaro Sunagawa
President Director
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Chuo University, Yutaro sunagawa joined Cosmos Initia Co., Ltd. (formerly Recruit Cosmos), where he engaged in sales and acquisition of revenue properties and land. Involved in investment and management projects totaling over 10 billion yen, he became the head of the investment division at GA Investment Co., Ltd. in 2022, overseeing projects worth over 10 billion yen in about two years. In October 2025, he joined REVOLUTION Co., Ltd. as the head of the Real Estate Investment Division and became the President in March 2025.

Mieko Matsumaru
Director (Audit Committee)
Founded a design company at the age of 19. While concurrently holding officer positions in multiple companies, she established Graphnetwork, Inc. Over the next 10 years, she expanded operations and moved to the United States, founding Graphnetwork, USA. Managing a diverse portfolio of businesses, she graduated at the top of her class from UC Berkeley and later pursued a master’s program at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). After completing her studies, she sold her business in the United States and returned to Japan to establish a new design company. In January 2024, she assumed the role of Director at REVOLUTION, Inc.

After graduating from the University of Tokyo Law School, I joined the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) in 2014. In 2015, I joined the Anderson Mori & Tomotsune law firm. While working at the firm, I was seconded to Nomura Securities Co., Ltd., where I was involved in supporting numerous M&A deals and business restructuring efforts. In 2022, I became a partner lawyer at the law firm. From January 2024, I also assumed the role of Director at REVOLUTION Co., Ltd.

After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Economics, I joined UBS Securities' Investment Banking Division as a new graduate and worked as an M&A advisor. Later, I transitioned to an asset management company and became involved in ESG investments. Subsequently, I served as the Corporate Group Director at Sparty Corporation while also founding Arcoiris Partners. At Arcoiris Partners, I provide support to small and medium-sized ventures, focusing on building management structures, ESG compliance, and fundraising. In January 2023, I assumed the role of Executive Officer CFO at FamilyTech Co., Ltd. From January 2024, I also took on the role of Director at REVOLUTION Co., Ltd.
