It is known that, when we learn or train in something, we pass through the stages of SHU, HA, and RI. These stages are explained as follows. In SHU, we repeat the forms and discipline ourselves so that our bodies absorb the forms that our forebears created. We remain faithful to these forms with no deviation. Next, in the stage of HA, once we have disciplined ourselves to acquire the forms and movements, we make innovations. In this process the forms may be broken and discarded. Finally, in RI, we completely depart from the forms, open the door to creative technique, and arrive in a place where we act in accordance with what our heart/mind desires, unhindered while not overstepping laws.

Message from CEO

“SHU,” “HA,” and “RI”

Real estate and investment company that continues to create the future

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all of our stakeholders.
The company name, REVOLUTION, reflects our commitment to “Change in the way of thinking.”

In response to a drastically changing world, we have adopted the concepts of “SHU,” “HA,” and “RI” into our corporate philosophy.

“SHU”
The knowledge and experience we have accumulated in the real estate business over many years are our foundations.

“HA” is formed on top of our foundations.
This means that each employee constantly thinks, develops knowledge, verifies, improves, and executes. It is important to draw out the potential of all employees and build a mechanism that supports this process.

“RI” is the innovation necessary to make the company really strong.
Going forward, we will grow not only as a real estate company, but also as an investment company by leveraging our network with the world’s leading asset management companies, investment banks, and commercial banks.

As a company listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, we are committed to communicating our corporate values from Japan to the rest of the world, and contributing to all of our communities.

Our goal is to be a real estate and investment company that will continue to create the future by opening new doors of  “RI” through “SHU” and “HA”.

We look forward to your continued support.
