REVOLUTION Inc. has established the following personal information protection policy to properly handle personal information and specific personal information (hereinafter referred to as "personal information"). We will ensure that all officers and employees are fully aware of this policy and implement it.

We will clearly define the purpose of using personal information and appropriately handle the acquisition, use, provision, storage, disposal, and outsourcing of personal information within the scope of the stated purpose, in accordance with the regulations established by our company. Furthermore, we will not use the provided personal information for purposes other than those specified, except in cases based on laws and regulations.
2. We will comply with laws and regulations concerning personal information, as well as guidelines and other norms established by the government.
3. We will prevent unauthorized access to personal information, and the loss, damage, or leakage of personal information, by taking appropriate security measures for prevention and correction.

Handling of Personal Information

1. Our company will use personal information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information for the following purposes.

(1) To search for counterparties for real estate sales and leasing contracts, to conclude contracts (including joint guarantee contracts) related to sales, leasing, brokerage, management, etc., and to provide services based on such contracts.
(2) To provide information related to the sale, lease, brokerage, and management of real estate.
(3) To provide information to counterparties and potential buyers or lessees, other real estate transaction businesses, designated distribution organizations, entities providing property information via documents or the Internet, advertising agencies, financial institutions involved in financing, judicial scriveners involved in registration, other experts, affiliated property insurance companies, real estate management companies, guarantee consignment companies, or third parties with the customer's consent, as necessary to achieve the purposes of (1) and (2). Additionally, when providing property information to designated distribution organizations for finding contract counterparties and in cases of contracts for properties registered with designated distribution organizations, personal information will be used as follows:
① If a contract is concluded, the date and the agreed price will be notified to the designated distribution organization.
② The designated distribution organization will use property information and transaction information (transaction information does not include the names of the seller, buyer, lessor, or lessee, but consists of information such as property overview, contract date, and agreed price) for the purposes of the Real Estate Transaction Business Act, such as providing it to member real estate transaction businesses and public organizations in electronic data or paper form.
A. The information provided includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, property information, transaction information, and other necessary items.
B. The information is provided through documents, telephone, email, the internet, advertising media, etc.
C. The provision will be stopped upon request from the person concerned.
※ In cases of exclusive brokerage contracts and exclusive agency contracts, registration with the designated distribution organization and notification of transaction information to the organization are obligatory under the Real Estate Transaction Business Act.
(4) To contact via mail, phone, email, etc., for providing services and information related to (1) and (2).
(5) To store as necessary in response to customer inquiries and to achieve the purpose of (4).
(6) To store as ledgers and materials based on Article 49 of the Real Estate Transaction Business Act.
(7) To perform price appraisals for real estate sales and leasing.
For price appraisals, the transaction information used may be provided to the intermediary requester as the 'basis of opinion' as stipulated in Article 34-2, Paragraph 2 of the Real Estate Transaction Business Act.
① The information provided does not include the names of the seller, buyer, lessor, or lessee, and consists of items such as property overview and agreed price, with measures taken to make it difficult to identify the specific property.
② The information is provided through documents, email, etc.
③ The provision will be stopped upon request from the person concerned.
(8) To conduct market trend analysis.
(9) To send reminders in cases of rent arrears and provide delinquent tenant information to collection agencies.
(10) To perform contracted real estate construction work.
(11) To provide to construction companies, etc., for regular inspections and after-sales maintenance.
(12) To provide for moving, electricity companies, and various other goods and services at the time of contract.

≪Use of Personal Information in Recruitment Applications and Employee Management≫
(1) To understand applicants, conduct recruitment interviews, and make and notify decisions regarding acceptance or rejection.
(2) To perform personnel management, social and labor insurance procedures, internal services, and crime prevention management.

≪Use of Personal Information in Asset Management and Investment≫
(1) To facilitate the smooth execution of contracts and other business operations.

2. Our company ensures to explicitly state the purpose of use and other details in writing when acquiring personal information, and we will not obtain personal information in a manner that is not recognizable to the customer.

3. Regarding the real estate business, reporting personal information items such as name, address, contact information, income, and property information to our company is voluntary. However, please be aware that if you do not report this information, you will not be eligible for real estate transactions. Also, for recruitment applications, reporting personal information such as name, address, and final educational background to our company is voluntary, but please be aware that if you do not report this information, you will not be eligible for recruitment interviews and hiring decisions.

4. Our company will not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:
(1) When it is based on laws and regulations.
(2) When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
(3) When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the healthy development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the person's consent.
(4) When it is necessary to cooperate with national institutions or local public entities, or their entrusted parties, in performing affairs prescribed by laws, and obtaining the person's consent could impede the performance of such affairs.
(5) When the third party is an academic research institution, etc., and needs to handle the personal data for academic research purposes (including cases where part of the purpose of handling the personal data is for academic research purposes, excluding cases where there is a risk of unjustly infringing on the rights and interests of individuals).

5. In our real estate business, we may outsource personal information for the purposes of arranging relocations and collecting overdue payments. Furthermore, in managing employees, we may outsource personal information for aptitude testing. In addition, for our outsourcing partners, we will establish contracts such as personal information protection basic outsourcing agreements and supervise to ensure the proper handling of personal information.

6. Based on the usage purposes mentioned in 1 above, our company accepts inquiries regarding the personal information of individuals entrusted to us, as follows:
(1) Notification or disclosure of the purpose of use of the retained personal data.
(2) Correction, addition, or deletion of the content of the retained personal data.
(3) Suspension of use, erasure of the retained personal data, and the suspension of providing it to third parties.
(4) Complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information and our company's personal information management system.
Please contact the "Personal Information Inquiry Desk" of our company for various inquiries related to personal information. After inquiring about the content of your inquiry and necessary information for verifying the identity of the person concerned, our representative will respond.
If you request disclosure or notification, our company will promptly disclose the information upon confirming that the request is made by the person themselves (if the personal information does not exist, we will notify you of that). However, this does not apply if we are not obliged to disclose under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws. If the personal information disclosed to you contains incorrect content, we will immediately correct it based on the law, and if you request the suspension of use of personal information based on the law, we will immediately suspend its use.
Please note that a fee of 2,000 yen (excluding tax) per case is charged for the disclosure of personal information. Please be aware that this fee is non-refundable even in the case of non-disclosure.

When requesting disclosure or similar actions, the form and method for submission should be as per our company's designated format. Please fill in the necessary items in Form 06 "Personal Information Disclosure Request Form" and attach identification documents (such as a driver's license, insurance card, passport, or student ID) for verification of identity, and submit it to the personal information contact point mentioned below.
